2023 | Interactive Installation
Synaesthesia is an interactive audio/visual installation that premiered in Tokyo in November, 2023. Built in Touch Designer and VCV rack, it uses multiple channels of generative video and audio that influence each other in several ways. Thank you to EarthQuaker Devices for allowing us to bring this to life.
Synesthesia is a phenomenon of experiencing one of your senses through another, such as when you hear music and experience it as an image or color.
Your actions influence and cause changes in the music and visuals. The music and visuals used in this artwork are generated in real-time, and you will never experience the exact same thing twice.
