Randomly came across this video about the beautiful wind powered kinetic art of Anthony Howe using Low in the Sky’s music. Unauthorized, unlicensed and uncredited I should add and it isn’t even the first time CNN stole PatternBased music. That part is a bummer but it seems to be a trend. Music is rarely credited and often stolen. I guess in this shitstorm of a world where The Rolling Stones can’t get Drumpf to stop using a song of theirs, probably not much we can do either.
Enjoyed this piece about the work of Cira Crowell and Christopher Michel currently on display at the Tibet House in New York City. Somehow we have ended up scoring or licensing our music to pieces that feature the Dalai Lama who is the coolest cutest person ever. Just seeing his smiling face and hearing him talk always makes me feel better no matter how good I already feel. Thank you to Kyle Ruddick and the Tibet House.
Enjoying the series, Million Ways To Live, by my friend Luke Sniewski. Luke and his family are traveling the globe and exploring via filmmaking, the various ways people around the world live healthy. Very cool idea and great execution for the family of first time filmmakers – Luke, Claire, Jack and Emily. Great work and nice use of the PatternBased catalog.
